Welcome to the New Braunfels Art League!

The Art League is a thriving community of hundreds of talented local artists, many with national and international profiles, but also home to artists just beginning their journey. At the New Braunfels Art League, all artists and fans of art are welcome!

We’d love for you to join us! Membership is open to anyone eighteen or older, whether you are a working professional artist, an art appreciator, a hobbyist looking to add to your skills, or someone just wanting to get hands-on with art. Canyon Lake Art Guild presents the 27th "Lasting Impressions," Sunday, March 25 - April 26, 2025

For 27 years, the Canyon Lake Art Guild has presented its Annual Art Show and Sale in collaboration with the Art League and this year's show promises to be one of their best! The Official Reception and Awards Ceremony is Sunday, March 30, 2025 from 2:00 - 3:30 pm. More info here!

Robin Cheers: Impressionist Oil/Acrylic Workshop
There are still seats available for this amazing workshop with Robin Cheers, to be held April 4-6, 10am - 5 pm! In this 3-day workshop, you will learn to quickly capture your first impression by seeing and painting simple shapes and value relationships. Starting with a strong foundation frees you up to explore color harmony, edges, and brushwork to create impressionist style paintings full of color and light. Vie Dunn-Harr: Acyrlic Expeditions Workshop
In this workshop, to be held May 2-4, 2025, Vie will introduce movement and abstraction as the foundation of any subject matter. She will share how to superimpose and weave realism into the original abstract expressions using design elements in the process. Some may choose to work solely abstractly.
