Abstract Expressionism Show - Aug. 18 to Sept. 26, 2020
The Abstract Expressionism Show is the perfect show for non-objective artworks! Let color, line, shape, texture, and form define your artwork. Any subjects or figures in your work should be abstracted, distorted, or exaggerated. Landscapes or still-life should be Surrealistic or Expressionistic . . . think dream like.
Judge’s Comments for Overall Show:
I was very impressed by the overall quality of the work submitted. Choosing just seven artworks was a difficult task. I found that the digital photographers pushed the boundaries of abstraction in the most consistent and creative manner. Overall the exhibition showcased how expressively and responsively the artist changed, elaborated, and diversified the subject matter.
